The following skills are desirable: Knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing, Statistical Process Control (SPC), ability to develop and maintain ISO 9001 procedures and work instructions, perform internal audits, maintain RMA, retains and logs for all customer and internal returns, as well as maintaining CARs.
