In addition to being a team player, candidate must be certified Therapeutic Recreation Director (TRD); and possess a degree in Therapeutic Recreation, Physical Education or related field. A self starter with experience planning and directing recreation programs required, meeting the needs of a diverse population. Must be able to manage multiple events and programs and work with all disciplines. Experience managing staff and volunteers. Must be able to work evenings, weekends or holidays as needed.
