Classified Sales Representative

Sun Media Group, Southern Rhode Island and Southeastern Connecticut’s leading multi-media company is growing and looking for a talented Classified Sales Rep to provide optimal customer service to our Classified advertisers. This position will service existing classified advertising customers by taking obituaries and legal advertisements, taking classified ads and up-selling effective solutions, reaching out to renew expiring ads, and take new classified advertising. This position will also reach out to small businesses in the community with advertising opportunities.

Desired Experience

Knowledge of typing, spelling and punctuation. General office, computer software, clerical and administrative skills normally acquired through the completion of associates degree and 1 – 2 years of experience.

Ability to work quickly and accurately. Ability to multi-task is essential.

This is a part-time, 25 hour per week position. Compensation is between $14.00 to $16.00 per hour depending upon experience.
