AUTHORIZATION CLERK Full-time position available, 37.50 hours. This position verifies insurance information on new referrals prior to admission. Tracks and obtains ongoing authorizations for non-Medicare clients. Tracks Medicare patients for change in pay source. High school diploma and one to three year's medical experience in an office environment. Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and phone skills. Experience with Microsoft office products. Ability to extract information from medical records and provide clinical data to third party payers. Competative hourly rate and excellent benefit package.
