Warehouse Coordinator

Our company is an established custom injection molder based in Massachusetts. We are part of a larger worldwide business group with locations in United States, China, France, Poland and Mexico.  We are a key player in medical, hygiene and industrial molding.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shipment and load/unload
• Receive and validate reception
• Tag and identify goods
• Move items to/from warehouse
• Maintain good logistics practices including FIFO
• Support month end inventory counts
• Prepare shipping documents
• Communicate and enforce company policies
• Ensure that quality, health/safety and other applicable procedures are applied
• Responsible for maintaining warehouse and shipping areas clean and organized

Skills

• Licensed forklift operator
• Understanding of regulations and ISO standards
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must be able to drive a box truck
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Detailed oriented
• Demonstrate leadership skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Prior shipping and receiving experience
