MEDICAL RECORDS DESIGNEE

 

Skilled Nursing Facility, located in Wolcott, CT, is seeking a candidate for our Medical Records Department.   

 

The Medical Records Designee is responsible for maintaining the medical records, plus admission and discharge records, of the residents and patients, and must have an understanding the protocol for retaining current and discharge records.

 

He or she must be knowledgeable in ICD coding and medical terminology, be computer literate, and have a keen awareness of the confidential nature of the position.
