MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN, part-time, needed for apartment community. 8:30-12:30 M-F. Customer service oriented individual needed for painting, cleaning, apartment turnovers, light plumbing, electrical and service requests and repairs. On-call every other week is mandatory and own hand tools required. Must live within 30 minutes of Windham to be able to quickly respond to on-call emergencies. Up to $18/hr.
