Commercial Credit Analyst

Savings Institute Bank & Trust Company has an immediate opening for a Commercial Credit Analyst in its Main Office located in Willimantic, CT.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparation of objective written credit analyses including the assignment of accurate risk ratings for new loans and the renewal of existing credit facilities.
• Outline the risks and mitigating factors of a credit facility based on the analysis of business and personal financial statements, collateral, global cash flow, economic and industrial factors and debt service ability.

The successful candidate must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting a plus or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Detail oriented, possess strong written and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other business application programs is also required.
