The Westerly Sun Circulation Department is looking for a service-oriented candidate who has excellent problem solving and superior communication skills.  This position works directly with our Independent Delivery Contractor force and subscriber base, rectifying customer concerns while helping develop strong delivery and service skills with our Independent Contractor carrier force.

 

Daily afternoon and early morning weekend deliveries, can be a part of this position, with the potential for deliveries to be made seven days a week.  So proper management of the delivery force is crucial to lessening this need.  Company offers all the tools to help run a smooth and successful operation.

 

Good knowledge of local geography, honesty and integrity required.  Professional composure, collection skills, high energy level, ability to use a computer. Knowledge of newspaper industry normally acquired through the completion of a high school education and or 2 years of experience preferred.  Excellent driving record and solid organizational skills required.
