The Plant Manager will oversee the entire production operation and continuous improvement activities. You will be responsible for the following areas: purchasing, materials management, safety, production, equipment and building maintenance, quality, engineering and production staff.

Plant Managers with the following qualifications are encouraged to apply:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration or related
• 10+ years in manufacturing management role
• Lean Manufacturing experience
• Strong experience in plant operations and working with cross functional teams
• General financial knowledge such as budgets and profit plan attainment
• Manufacturing resources planning experience
• ISO 9001 experience
• Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytic skills, ability to make decisions, excellent strategic thinking and conceptual skills
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and achieve desired results
