As a B2B Inside Sales professional, you will be responsible for qualifying sales leads, making outbound cold calls to prospects / existing customers, cross selling and educating them about the high-quality technical products while driving sales. You will also be generating and following up on sales quotes.

Qualifications for this Business Development role:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in telephone customer service, sales or marketing
* B.A. / B.S. degree with exposure to life sciences or related field
* Experience with Customer Relationship Management software (CRM) such as SalesForce or ACT!
* Must be comfortable making outbound cold calls
* MS Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Creative Suite experience
* Competency and experience with Constant Contact or other bulk e-mail systems
* Ability to communicate with customers, vendors and employees over the phone and email
