Provide complete assessment and physical therapy to individuals accepted for admission to the Visiting Nurse Association of Southeastern Connecticut therapeutic homecare program. Current license in Connecticut as a physical therapist. Bachelor of Science Degree in physical therapy from an accredited school. One to three years clinical experience in physical therapy or supervised by the therapist with this experience.
