Some traditional business reporting required: Our 36-town coverage area boasts a small mfg rebound, a plethora of interesting businesses, an ever-expanding cadre of local and regional banks, two active regional chambers and five hospitals. This job also demands a human touch that explores issues where economic development, work and life intersect: What jobs are available, for whom, and at what pay? What does our state's tax burden mean to employers, and employees? How does the national health care debate translate into your health care costs and services? A successful candidate must be able to report across platforms including video, photo and social media and should have some daily reporting experience.
