PHYSICIAN StayWell Health Center is seeking a Physician to work in the Internal Medicine Program at our main loc of 80 Phoenix Ave, Ste. 201, Waterbury, CT & occasionally at the office located at 1302 South Main St, Waterbury, CT. The Physician will provide clinical services to patients w/in the Medical Dept. Specifically, diagnostic evaluations, procedures, & treatment plans incl prescription & monitoring of meds as needed. Min qualifications incl: valid CT Physician s license prior to employment commencing; M.D. deg or acceptable certified foreign equiv; completion of 36 mo Internal Medicine residency program; & BE/BC in Internal Medicine.
