Controller - Accounting Manager
Salisbury Bank, a leading community bank in the
tri-state area, has an opportunity available for a Controller -
Accounting Manager in its Lakeville, CT office. This
position plans, organizes and directs the activities of the
Bank’s Accounting Department. The successful candidate
will also be responsible for managing high quality internal
and external financial reporting.
Candidate must possess at minimum a Master’s degree, or
comparable experience in a financial institution, in Accounting/
Finance. A Certified Public Accounting designation, with five
years of progressively responsible finance experience is
preferred. Excellent customer service, technical, analytical,
managerial, planning, project management, organizational,
communication, and decision making skills are essential.
