Maintenance Naugatuck Valley Community College currently has the following position open in our Maintenance Department. PART TIME (16 hpw) Custodian, First Shift, One or More FULL TIME (37.5 hpw) Custodian, Second Shift, One or More DUTIES performs the full range of basic tasks in the cleaning and maintenance of buildings. QUALIFICATIONS Some interpersonal skills; some oral and written communication skills; ability to follow oral and written instructions; ability to operate, care for and perform minor maintenance on tools and equipment used in daily work; some ability in simple record keeping.
