FISH CUTTER/FILLETER PART TIME Seeking a Part Time, experienced Fish Cutters to join our team: Must be a skilled fish cutter and have extensive experience filleting fish. Must have general knowledge of Fish and Seafood products. Understanding and knowledge of sanitation, safety, and food handling procedures. Must be able to work in a cold temperature and wet environment. Must be able to lift boxes, ranging from 10-50 lbs. We offer a competitive hourly wage commensurate with skill and experience.
