OFFICE MANAGER - Seeking a semi full-time office manager for general office duties in a small office. The office is located in the Wallingford, CT area. The hours are Monday - Friday, 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Duties include: Bookkeeping, accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll; Maintain company financial records in QuickBooks; Create and maintain budgets in Excel; Communicate with customers; Draft documents and correspondence (proofreading, editing, and composing); Maintain employee files; Arrange for repair services and negotiate rates; Research and fact-finding; Order materials and supplies. Requirements: Excellent computer literacy; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email); Proficient in QuickBooks; Excellent written and verbal communications skills; Excellent math skills; Internet savvy; Capacity to work with little supervision, positive attitude and strong organizational skills; Ability to multi-task and move quickly through tasks; References required.
