Innovative company in the Meriden area is hiring a Human Resources Manager on a direct-hire basis. This career opportunity is fulltime and offers 95-100K depending on experience, plus excellent benefits package.

As Human Resources Manager, you are responsible for all facets of human resources including, payroll, benefits administration, recruiting, employee relations, compliance and safety, employment law and performance management. To qualify for this position, prior experience working for a manufacturing company is required. This is a “hands-on” role, and requires a team player who is willing to assist in any capacity necessary. Company environment is down-to-earth and casual; the average employee tenure is 10+ years.  

Job requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Human Resources Manager or Senior Human Resources Generalist
• Bachelor’s degree
• Manufacturing industry experience
• ADP payroll (preferably Workforce Now)
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle issues with professionalism and confidentiality
• Team player
