CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE The Wallingford Electric Division is seeking a skilled individual to handle all inquiries, applications and complaints from the public related to utility billing, service, accounts receivable, customer billing and delinquent accounts. The position requires a high school diploma /GED or business school, plus two (2) years employment involving customer contact and the receipt, custody and accounting for sums of money OR an equivalent combination of the above experience and training. Wages: $23.36 - $28.36 hourly, plus an excellent fringe benefit package.
