Excellent contract-to-hire opportunity for a Customer Service Specialist available in the Wallingford area! This position requires manufacturing industry experience. Opportunity is full-time, contract-to-hire and offers $20.00 per hour.

As Customer Service Specialist, you oversee customer orders from start-to-finish. This includes support after orders are placed regarding order status, tracking and delivery. In addition, you will assist customers with returns, exchanges and resolve any issues or complaints. Other job responsibilities include email correspondence, scheduling and working closely with accounting regarding customer payment plans and outstanding balances. SAP ERP experience is required for this opportunity as well as proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Qualified applicants will have an AS degree in business or similar and 5 years’ customer service experience working for a manufacturing company.
