Administrative Assistant

Job Purpose:      To provide administration support to Executives and staff.

Job Duties:

  • Create booklets for Board of Trustee meetings.
  • Maintain company calendar.
  • Opening and distributing mail for the Executives.
  • Scanning documents and save them to the server.
  • Create and maintain excel spreadsheets.
  • Create mail merge documents for mass mailings.
  • Administrative duties, such as filing, faxing, copying, etc.
  • Performs other projects and duties as assigned.
  • Switchboard coverage.
  • Exercises good judgment, effective decision-making, and ensures high quality.
  • Knowledge of business, products, services.
  • Works with other departments, other associates, outside parties, and management team effectively.
  • Complies with HIPAA and all policies and procedures.

Skills Requirement:

  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Good math, analytical and problem solving skills. Pays attention to detail.
  • Dependable, reliable and conscientious.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Flexible.
  • Able to work independently. 

Technical Knowledge:  Computer and software literate.  Microsoft applications.

Experience:  2 or more years in Administration

Education:  College degree in English preferable.  Combination of education and experience considered.
