Accounts Payable Clerk opening! You will be responsible for all accounts payable (A/P) activities. $18+ per hour, depending on experience. Wallingford area.

A/P activities include:

• Maintaining all accounts payable files
• Ensuring purchase orders and invoices match
• Processing checks
• Running standard A/P reports
• Assist with month end closing reports
• Research and resolve all issues regarding accounts payable
• Working knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks, Peachtree or Sage, ability to generate spreadsheets using MS Excel, and MS Word skills are a requirement.
