Dymax Corporation, a leader in the Acrylic Adhesive and UV Curing Industry, is seeking a highly motivated, team orientated individual for the internship opportunity of Adhesives R&D Summer Student.

This position is located in Torrington, CT. It is strongly recommended that this location be accesible to candidates submitting applications.

POSITION SUMMARY:   Support R&D scientists in development of new, light-curable adhesive products

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist with:

1. New product scale-up
2. Preparation of samples
3. Product performance testing and data reporting
4. Minor modifications to current formulas

EDUCATION           

Presently a sophomore or junior undergraduate student in good academic standing and enrolled in a science program. Chemistry or Polymer Science major preferred. Overall, cumulative G.P.A. from last completed semester must be 3.0 or higher (on a 4.0 scale).
