RBC Bearings is a well known international manufacturer and marketer of highly engineered precision plain, roller and ball bearings.  We have been providing bearing solutions to our customers since 1919.  
We are currently seeking qualified individuals for the following positions:

Grind Set-up / Operators  -  1st  and 2nd shifts - Mechanical ability, internal/external grind experience or equivalent required.  Responsible for setting and operating various machines to maximize production and quality.  Must be able to use micrometers, verniers, air gages, and read blue prints. Vo/Tech grad preferred. 

Quality Inspector -  2nd shift -  Responsible for performing inspection procedures on a variety of products.  Ability to read blueprints including the accompanying tolerancing required. Experience in visual inspection and adept skill to use a wide variety of measuring instruments such as but not limited to micrometers, dial indicators, torque and radial clearance gages, verniers, drop gages, air gages, Laser Mic, XRF, etc.  Must have basic computer skills (Access, AS400, Laser Vault, etc.). Must be able to read and write English, some experience in Quality or gaging is preferred.
