CHIEF RISK OFFICER Join the Management team of one of Connecticut's strongest Mutual Savings Banks as their Chief Risk Officer. This key position requires extensive experience in the development and management of a Bank-wide comprehensive risk management program. This position also requires experience in the alignment of risk levels with the Bank's strategic goals while maintaining a high level of credit, compliance and operational risk procedures. Assuring the Bank remains compliant with all bank regulations is a top priority of this position. The ideal candidate must have extensive knowledge and experience in oversight of Bank policies and procedures, proven problem resolution, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills. A Bachelor's degree and specialized training in risk management along with a minimum of 10 years related field experience is a must.
