Must have a minimum of 3 years journeyman exp. on U.S.Bairds, be a team player and be able to work overtime and with minimal supervision. Lead Toolmaker - 2nd shift. Along with working on the floor, you will assist the shift with their needs as Lead. The day shift Supervisor will work with you on what needs to run and you will use your technical knowledge to assist other toolmakers and team members to perform their job. Machine Operators - 1st shift. Must be mechanically inclined, want to learn the art of operating large machinery and if successful work your way into great opportunities of tool-setting & toolmaking. Inspector - 1st shift: This position requires the knowledge of inspection gages, the ability to spot a defect by visually looking at a part and working with our crafted toolmakers to make sure we deliver a quality part to our customers.
