PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT The Town of Mansfield is seeking a full-time Member Services Coordinator for its Parks and Recreation Department. This position is responsible for managing the Mansfield Community Center membership program. Sample duties include: planning, developing, and implementing marketing strategies; prospect lead generation; membership development and retention; and supervising departmental receptionist staff. Salary range $54,054-$68,669 per year with a full benefits. Work schedule can include evenings and weekends to accommodate work assignments. Graduation from an accredited four year university with major course work in areas of marketing,
hospitality management, event management, communications, Parks and Recreation or a related field supplemented by progressively responsible experiences. Experience with Rectrac and Constant Contact software is highly desirable. CPR and first aid certification is required.
