Eastern Highlands Health District has an opening for a full-time Community Health and Wellness Coordinator. This position performs professional work in planning, designing, and managing a wide range of both employee wellness and community health programs. Experience and knowledge of individual nutrition and fitness, health and wellness promotion, employee wellness programming, public and population health, community networking, program evaluation, and grant writing is a must. Candidate must have excellent communication, and supervisory skills. Bachelor's degree in nutrition, kinesiology, health education, public health, nursing or a related field supplemented by at least four years of relevant experience, including supervisory duties,are required. Master's degree and certification as a registered dietitian, or Certified Health Education Specialist highly desirable. Annual salary range $59,000 to $70,000, with a competitive benefit package.
