ASSISTANT ANIMAL CONTROL OFFICER Town of Southbury Per Diem (as needed basis). Under the direction of the Animal Control Officer, the Assistant Animal Control Officer receives & responds to complaints regarding domestic animals and wildlife from the general public and enforces all relevant State and Town laws, ordinances and policies. Possession of a valid CT motor vehicle license is required. Must obtain rabies vaccination and stay current with shots. Must have a current CT Animal Control Officer Certification or be willing to complete certification within one year. Salary is $18-$20/hour.
