Epdmcoatings.com is looking for two full time individuals to help service our existing customers as well as grow our business.  Training is provided. Potential “work at home” opportunity for the right person.  Our company has grown 3 fold in the past two years due to the unique product we distribute.  The candidates we are looking for must have the following:

Skills and Abilities

• Professional phone presentation
• Outstanding communication skills both verbal & written
• Detailed oriented and ability to work with minimum supervision
• Solid experience using outlook, word and excel
• Must be confident and self-motivated. 
• Must assist other rep's labeling daily orders in shelton warehouse about an hour a day and then can return to their home to continue with their daily calls.  Ability to lift a 40 lb box.  
• Seasoned sales, customer support  or center experience
• For work at home must have high speed internet and computer
• Seasoned in outlook, excel and word

Functions

• Answer product questions from in-coming prospective customers  
• Ability to close a sale from a consultative approach
• Process phone orders through on on-line order system
• Competitive research
• Identify customers and opportunities using industry publications provided to you as well as internet research
• Ability to sell the benefits of the product
• Follow up on material quotes from prospective customers

This is an opportunity for someone who is self-disciplined and interested in a unique flexible work opportunity.  Weekly pay. $12.50-$17.00 per hour.  One week paid vacation 3 paid sick days and perks.  Prior sales experience is a bonus as is Spanish. E-mail resumes to Nicole.martin@epdmcoatings.com
