TOWN OF PROSPECT LAND USE INSPECTOR The Town of Prospect is seeking a full time Land Use Inspector. The inspector is responsible for the ensuring of compliance with Inland Wetlands and Zoning Regulations and responding to complaints concerning both Inland Wetlands and Zoning violations. Knowledge of Inland Wetlands and Zoning principles and practices are essential. CAZEO and DEEP certified is preferred. A minimum of two years of Land Use experience is required.
