Notre Dame Health and Rehabilitation Center located at 76 West Rocks Road, Norwalk, Ct 06851 is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to work on our (30) Bed Long Term and (30) Bed Short Term Stroke Rehabilitation Program.

A variety of shifts are available, including weekends.

Education/Experience: A Bachelor’s Degree is required, with a minimum of (2) year experience as a supervisory nurse. 

Additionally, the candidate must have demonstrated experience in the development, implementation, monitoring and oversight of the Care Planning process; must have good organizational, clinical, supervisory and interpersonal skills, and must exhibit a genuine interest in Geriatric Nursing; and have the ability to interpret the resident’s physical, mental and social needs.
