LOOKING for:

CNA’S, LPN’S & RN’S

Looking for at least 1-2 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility to work and join our team at Notre Dame Health and Rehabilitation Center (NDHR). NDHR is has been awarded a Five Star rating from the Centers of Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). 

NDHR specializes in Short Term Stroke Rehab. Notre Dame contracts with SELECT REHAB for all physical, occupational and speech therapy services provided within the facility. Our therapy program is supported by a staff neurologist, pulmonologist and a physiatrist, and is coordinated by a full-time Rehabilitation Director. Our organization is looking for proven nursing (CNA, LPN & RN) staff to work with our outstanding therapy & other facility staff on a daily basis. WE HOPE YOU ARE ONE OF THESE INDIVIDUALS!

ALL SHIFTS ARE OPEN- INCLUDING WEEKENDS.
