The overall function of this position is to maintain, troubleshoot and repair the hydraulic, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and mechanical equipment in our production facility.The successful candidate shall be a highly disciplined, problem-solver, logical thinker, has excellent troubleshooting skills, and is also a team player with a strong work ethic possessing the following requirements: Have a minimum of 3 years experience in troubleshooting in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic technologies. Perform system diagnosis and problem solving in a timely manner. Repair of production equipment from basic hydraulic equipment to complex automated machinery, performing both electrical, electronic and mechanical work. Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic skills. Ability to work from blueprints, manuals and schematic. Capable of performing preventive and predictive maintenance. Experience in PLC and test equipment repair procedures. Good communication both written and verbal. Familiar with basic shop tools/equipment and safety regulations. Excellent trouble shooting and repair knowledge Good blueprint, Schematic and shop drawing interpretation skills.
