Wound Care Nurse

Responsibilities:

We are currently seeking a Wound Care Nurse to join our team.  This role is responsible for assessing wounds, developing plans of care and evaluating progress of skin and wound conditions.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Licensed Nurse in good standing and currently registered in the state of Connecticut
• Must have previous wound care experience
• Wound care certified preferred
• Previous long-term care experience preferred
• Must maintain the highest level of professionalism and work well within a team environment
• Must be customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure
• Must be approachable, flexible and adaptable to change
