The job is contemplated as leading within the near-term to a general management role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a few years of management experience and is ready to become a General Manager, or for someone who has years of bartending experience (including as a lead bartender) and is ready to step up to management. Compensation will be negotiated, but it will be competitive, will reflect the experience of the candidate, and may include health insurance. This is a full-time position for someone who would like to spend the next few years at a stable establishment.
