LULAC Head Start Inc. a leader in Early Childhood Education in New Haven, CT is seeking for a Chief Financial Officer who will coordinate all grant financial activities; reviews all grant application budgets; ensure external funding falls within goals and objectives of department. The CFO will oversee all compliance and oversight for government (state and federal) contracts and private grants. This person will establish and monitor LULAC's related accounts; coordinate and reconcile monthly invoicing; review purchases for funding and appropriateness; and prepare monthly grant reports.
