POLICE OFFICER The Town of New Hartford in conjunction with the Resident Trooper Office is currently accepting applications for the position of Full-Time Evening Shift Police Officer; Weekends and Holidays appear in the rotation. Applicants must be State of CT POSTC Certified. Officers must have completed a successful one-year probationary period and currently be certified as a full-time police officer in Connecticut. Applicants must also pass an extensive background investigation and all other POSTC lateral and / or comparative transfer certification requirements.
