In this contract-to-hire role, you’ll work collaboratively with functional leaders and our IT and business transformation staffs, to define requirements and smoothly develop/implement IFS ERP.  You’ll manage project budgets, create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning, develop testing and training plans, and design project schedules. Ongoing leadership, project meetings/minutes, and problem solving are also anticipated.

To qualify, you’ll need a relevant business or technical degree, and 5-10 years of project management experience, including at least 5 leading a successful ERP implementation. You must be adept at maximizing a $5MM project budget, communicating and presenting ideas, working with teams, and problem solving at the organizational level. PMP Certification and experience in manufacturing operations are strongly desired. Candidates also must embrace change and challenges and encourage open-minded thinking.
