DYNAMIC CONTROLLER Envipco is looking for a dynamic Controller with hands on knowledge and experience, who will be accountable for the accounting operations of the company, to include the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial results, and ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or international financial reporting standards. Responsibilities: Full responsibility for all the functions of the accounting department including, Fixed assets, Cash management, Inventory management and control, Accounts receivable, Accounts payable, Payroll, Budgeting, Variance analysis and Internal controls. Candidate will be responsible for the timely completion of monthly financial and bank reports and their review to perform variances analysis with the budget. Preparation of budgets, cash flow statements/forecasts and business plans. Compliance with sales taxes/property tax returns across a variety of States on a monthly basis will also be a requirement. Coordination and completion of statutory, bank and other audits. Qualifications: The controller candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent with 10+ years of progressively responsible experience for a major company or division of a large corporation with good analytical and interpersonal skills with good knowledge of US GAAP. Also required are strong computers skills with spreadsheet modelling and ability to use accounting and ERP software. Must be a team player with comprehensive written and verbal communication skills.
