ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR The Phoenix Co. is seeking highly motivated Eng. Supervisor to support the design and development of RF product apps. Resp. include: Directing all activities to design new products, modify existing designs, improve production techniques and develop test procedures for electronic components & product systems; Develop processes, methods, tooling and production controls for new design programs; supervise their assembly & validation testing Resolving problems at the root cause quickly and effectively and manage engineering change process.
