Office Manager

Contracting and service company is seeking an Office Manager. The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for office organization, billing, equipment & parts ordering, accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Moreover, the Office Manager shall perform book keeping and shall interact with our payroll service. Quickbooks experience and proficiency with MS Office are required. Experience with processing certified payroll forms and AIA billing is a plus.
