We are looking for an experienced recruiter for a 3-4 month contract assignment in the Middletown area.  If you enjoy recruiting candidates with fundraising skills and experience who are looking to earn $50k - $70k per year, this is an excellent opportunity!

The Recruiter will need the following skills and abilities:

• Proven recruiting experience
• Solid sourcing skills
• Strong research and computer skills
• Familiarity with various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred

The Recruiter will have an opportunity to do the following:

• Source candidates on own and search existing database for candidates
• Contact candidates, screen for skills and experience, verify salary requirement
• Arrange travel if necessary
• Assist hiring managers with final decisions

$25 - $30/hr.
