Our client has an opening in their fast-paced customer service / inside sales department for a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Professional whose specialty is Medicare insurance.

$35K - $40K, with potential for bonuses.

A 4 day work week is a possibility! Please note 40+ hours per week is required during Medicare open enrollment (September thru December)

Using your strong knowledge of Medicare insurance laws and guidelines, you will be servicing existing clients with their insurance needs as well as educating and selling policies to new customers calling in. You will be responsible for ensuring all documentation and paperwork is completed and meets government requirements.

Qualities and experience required for this company

* Life and Health license
* Experience working with Medicare enrollments
* Experience servicing and selling both individual and group medical insurance plans
* Inside sales background, preferably in insurance industry
* Customer Service focused
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel and Outlook)
