Full-time position  - responsible for obtaining all prior authorizations and insurance eligibility for testing in our busy Cardiovascular facility, located in Middlebury, CT. Experience with Billing and Coding as well as excellent communication skills. We perform all cardiac testing in our facility - Nuclear Stress Tests, Regular Stress Tests, Echocardiograms, Vascular studies, and all heart monitoring tests. The person in this position is responsible for contacting insurance carriers to obtain an authorization if needed, obtaining copayment and deductible information, and contacting the patient. Medical Billing experience of at least 2 years is required. Excellent pay and benefits.
