WFC's Before & After School program is looking for energetic candidates who enjoy working with young children. Responsible for: providing homework help and engaging children in the program's fun, interactive S.T.A.R. (science, technology, art and recreation) enrichment and literacy curriculum activities. Will also be responsible for assisting with lesson planning, maintaining classrooms according to State Licensing Regulations, using developmentally appropriate practice while interacting with children at all times, and upholding all obligations of being a mandated reporter.

Positions available:

Monday through Friday: 15 - 25 hrs/wk - generally 6:45am - 8:45am and 3pm - 6pm
Substitutes on call as needed
Salary:  $10.10 per hour

Requirements:

High School diploma.
Some experience working with elementary school aged children.
Positive outlook required.
Bilingual a plus.

TB Testing and Physical Examination required. Fingerprinting, DCF and criminal background checks also required.
