Nutrition Department.
Cook/Baker
Per Diem
The Cook follows a menu to prepare and cook
meals for patients and cafeteria by performing
the following duties: Opens kitchen and prepares
food according to menu and production
tally and according to schedule. Organizes
daily production with guidance from Executive
Chef or Head Chef. Cleans and maintains
equipment after use and may assist with cold
food preparation as required.
Food Services Assistants
Per Diem
The Food Service Assistant performs a variety
of duties in the food production area. This
may include but is not limited to: assembling,
delivering and collecting patient meal trays,
assisting in the food production area, loading
the dishwasher and washing pots.
QUALIFICATIONS:
*High School Diploma or G.E.D preferred.
*Three (3) to six (6) months of related
experience and/or training preferred.
WORK SCHEDULE:
Variable, Day (6AM-2:30PM) and evening
(4PM-7PM) shifts, alternating weekends and
Holidays.
