CNC SWISS SCREW MACHINE OPERATOR

1^st & 2^ND Shifts

Required Skills:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience operating Swiss Screw machines.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints to include Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing.
• Proficient in the use of handheld measuring tools and optical comparators.
• Experience producing tight tolerance parts (+/- .0001) for use in the Medical and Aerospace industries.
• Able to read and write fluently in the English language.
• Be familiar with ISO9000 and AS9100 QMS or equivalent.
• Be familiar with Corrective and Preventive Action processes.
• Be able to lift at least 75 lbs.

Additional Information:

• Position may result in permanent placement of right candidate.
• Reports directly to the V.P. Manufacturing.
• First Shift Hours:        7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday
• Second Shift Hours:   3:30 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. Monday thru Friday
