The Record-Journal is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our expanding advertising department.  If you are detail oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the opportunity you are looking for to break in the world of multi-media advertising sales. The CSR will play a key role in gathering, ordering and trafficking all advertising products and campaigns. CSRs will support multimedia sales executives and work collaboratively with advertisers, designers and other internal customers.

High school diploma required, college degree preferred. Strong computer skills, comfort with web-based software, and proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
